Pregnancy Miracle is a period in which a woman carries the embryo or fetus in the body . the medical term for a pregnant woman was gravida , while humans in it is called embryo
 ( early weeks ) and then fetus ( until birth ) .
 A woman who is pregnant for the first time called primigravida or gravida 1 , while that has never been pregnant is known as a gravida 0 .

The process starts from the beginning of pregnancy a woman's menstrual cycle FSH 
( Follicle Stimulating Hormone ) , stimulates several follicles to mature in 2 weeks time , when the mature egg cell , tripled the size of normal size . And only one dominant follicle maturation in the first cycle . Egg cells are released from the ovary ( ovulation ) , the egg cell is captured by fimbrae , leading to the oviduct ( fallopian tube ) , in this place the egg will await the arrival of the sperm to fertilize .
At the time of the sexual activity , an average man eject semen as much as 3 cc ( per 1 cc of normal semen contains about 100-120 million sperm cells ) , after emitted semen 
( ejaculate ) into the base of the female genital tract , millions of sperm cells this will be running through the uterine cavity and arrive at a mature egg that is in the fallopian tube . 

At the time of ovulation , the mucus lining in the cervix ( neck of the womb ) becomes more liquid , easier for sperm to penetrate into the uterus ( this process takes approximately 5 minutes ) . Cells lining the fallopian tube for fertilization and facilitate the formation of the zygote ( fertilized egg cell ) .

In the process of conception ( of the sperm penetrate the egg ) , the head of the sperm penetrates the egg and unite with the egg nucleus , the tail of the sperm is a great tool to break away . Fertilized egg cell will experience hardening of the outside , and the egg nucleus will undergo fission into two parts ( the process is approximately 30 hours ) . 

After 20 hours later will return the egg nucleus divides into four sections . Three or four days after fertilization , the cells will arrive at the uterus . Within one week after the change will be produced in the form of a cell ola ( blastocyt ) , these cells will be attached to and implanted into the endometrium . 

Blastocyt gets nutrients from the endometrium , and will form the placenta .
