Panic attack is a feeling of terror that comes its way suddenly without warning, panic attack disorder is a symptom of fear (anxiety disorder), panic attack symptoms occur suddenly without an obvious cause, the condition: 
  • cause rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, choking feeling (palpitations): the period in which the heart suddenly suddenly started quickly, panic will hit the heartbeat stops (extra systoles) or experiencing recurrent panic fear (panic disorder); 
  • cause chest pain; 
  • causing strained abdominal; 
  • cause dizziness, nausea; 
  • causing pain or numbness in the hands; 
  • cause Flushes or chills; 
  • cause a sensation like a dream (distorted perceptions), fear of dying;

                  The various symptoms of a panic attack can occur ( which is often ) , the sudden onset of fear with little provocation stimulus , which causes the release of adrenaline ( epinephrine ) with the response of the fight- or-flight , which prepare the body for strenuous physical circumstances , the activity of the heart is increased ( tachycardia ) , rapid breathing  ( hyperventilation ) , shortness of breath ( dyspnea ) , and sweating , hyperventilation leads carbon dioxide levels in the lungs and then in the blood , 

                  This causes a shift in blood pH ( alkalosispernafasan or hypocapnia ) , which in turn causes many other symptoms : tingling / numbness ; vasoconstriction of blood flow causes the head to be a little dizzy ; blood sugar withdrawn from the brain to the muscles of the main ; and other things .

                  The fear that emerged and called irrational phobia , will not be able to cope with the growing state of panic disorder called agoraphobia , the New England Journal of Medicine published a study ( Dr. Harold Kennedy ) , found that healthy people with an irregular heartbeat often seem no more prone to heart problems than the average person . Panic attacks are real and potentially crippling emotions and worsening health .

                  • biological factors and health, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, hypoglycemia, hyperthyroidism, Wilson's disease, mistral valve prolapse, pheocromocytoma, labyrinths, parasitic infections, hyperventilates syndrome, illness / serious chronic (long QT syndrome, catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia or syndrome Wolff-Parkinson-White);
                  • Phobia factor, a direct result of exposure to phobic object or situation;
                  • Development of personality factors, emotional bonding, self-talk, false beliefs, feelings harboured, not firm, lack of communication, classical conditioning ...
                  • Transition factor of life and the environment, significant life changes, life journey filled with trials ...
                  • factors Alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes ...
                  • Drug factors, side effects of medication (methylphenidate, fluoroquinolone-type antibiotics), certain chemicals, especially stimulants and depression.

                              I don't want to jump for joy yet but the "One move" may be the only move I had not considered in my 29 years of suffering with severe panic attacks and anxiety related issues such as rapid heart rate and hyperventilation with a fear of dying a terrifying death from a heart attack or heart explosion at any moment for no apparent reason.I am definitely not the type to lay down and die but this crippling affliction had me totally under control.
