Bodybuilding Tips, Tricks, and Tactics "Adonis Effect", Hey, what's going on?  It's Howard again with another installment of your Adonis Index newsletter.  I hope you're getting a lot out of it.

And yes, I do realize it's a little different than what you may be used to, but rest assured these tips, tricks, and tactics that we've talked about thus far are the REAL reasons guys don't get the results they really deserve.

So today, I want to talk about the "Adonis Effect", what it is and how you can use it to improve your life.

Okay, so back to the "Adonis Effect"…

First, have you ever heard of the "Halo Effect"? "The Halo Effect or halo error is a cognitive bias in which our judgments of a person’s character can be influenced by our overall  impression of him or her."

Basically, things like how you dress and your physical attractiveness create a BIAS one way or another… As an example, when you see a man in a high powered suit, you naturally think of the gentleman as competent… as a pro.

However, as we all know, this "assessment" can be completely off.
(The big part of this that you DON'T realize is that these first assessments actually STICK with you… so when you hear "you never get another chance to make a first impression"… it's TRUE.  Traditionally, you won't be able to shake the "label" someone else has given you.  More on this another time because it's important to know)

Another example would be the unfair assessment that people who are overweight are LAZY…… even though statistically, there is absolutely NO correlation to being overweight and lazy. The fact is (and it is beyond a proven fact)… better looking people have better mate choices, higher incomes, and typically higher life satisfaction. They start with higher salaries given the same job as someone that doesn't have the same level of physical attractiveness as well. All of this is WELL documented.

However, here's the ultimate kicker:

"The only things that matter within the Halo Effect are ULTIMATELY within your control"

For example, most men assume that physical attractiveness has to do with having a better looking face.  Yet, research shows us that the actual component of "facial attractiveness" that matters is whether that fact looks CONFIDENT or not.

(this is one of the big reasons I encourage guys to workout and get in fantastic shape, the confidence boost is tremendous, which actually makes your FACE more handsome… how crazy is that?)

Now, the subset of the Halo Effect we're ultimately interested in is called  the "Adonis Effect". This is the part of the Halo Effect that revolves around body shape. It is almost COMPLETELY dictated by your shoulder to waist ratio.

But why does this make sense?

Well, if we look at it from a genetic fitness and evolutionary standpoint, men with higher testosterone levels have wider shoulders and lower levels of body fat.
Wider shoulders because… get this…… there are more ANDROGEN RECEPTORS in the shoulder girdle area than in any other part of the body.
(basically, for lack of a better term, you're actually PROGRAMMED FOR THIS)
More test means more receptor binding which means bigger muscles in those areas.
It's why guys that go on high levels of test actually look "funny"… and don't even have to work shoulders that much.  It is this aspect that makes the human body not "normal" when guys go on juice…… and a main reason women don't like it.  Subconsciously, they KNOW it's abnormal.
And, in the space of genetic fitness… abnormal is BAD.

Which means its unattractive.

At the end of the day, you'll find that when you HIT your Adonis Golden Ratio, you've likely MAXED out your muscle growth.  Sure, you can still gain, but what you have to do to eek out those gains is likely way more work than you actually want to put in.
(Which leads to the part of "never let them see you sweat", which I'll talk about another time. )
So the key to creating this subconscious physical attraction is basically getting as BIG as you can get without steroids.  Too small basically implies lower testosterone (we're getting into alpha male type talk now).Too large (steroids) and you're abnormal.

So what can the "Adonis Effect" actually do for you?

A lot actually.

First, you don't have to try as hard to make an impression.   You have value, and it is CLEAR to others.  (I have a report on this I'll show you soon).

Second, the physical attraction aspect of it is undeniable. And truthfully, anyone who disagrees has never BEEN in this type of shape.
Sex becomes much more animalistic… you can see it in her eyes as she rubs her hands all over you.  (and this isn't even discussing the fun stuff you can now do like throwing her around, etc).

If you're single, you'll notice a lot more attention.
If you're married, it can actually rekindle the "fire" that's been long since extinguished.
The truth is, the research on this phenomenon is ABUNDANT.
However, PC media has basically buried it.  
I've seen it in research, books, and even in my own personal life.
It MATTERS… a LOT. So take it seriously. (oh the stories I could tell)

Listen, over the next few issues of this newsletter, I've got a few cool videos and reports I want to get to you about just this phenomenon. One video even has LIVE PROOF… (it's actually pretty funny) I've done all of this to help you understand that it's OKAY to want to be great looking.  It's not taboo, nor should it be.

You strive for better education, more money, better relationships anyway…… you might as well let this EFFECT help you out.

Harness it to your advantage.  You don't even have to get ALL THE WAY THERE to start seeing it's effects.  The closer you get, the better the effects get.  So you can decide for yourself how far you want to take it.  (1.5 AI seems to be the first "threshold").
After all, it's your life, you only get one. Why not take it to the house?
